Conclusion: According to my model, the free agents the Raptors should target are Christian Wood, Dwight Howard, and Meyers Leonard. Interestingly, the other player the model selected was Fred VanVleet, which is essentially suggesting that the team should re-sign him.

The payroll of the Raptors, with the 4 model suggested players, would be approximately $85 million ($112 million, including Siakam's $27 million raise for the 2020-2021 season).
